“ On a beautiful autumn day I had lunch outdoors! For lunch there is like the canteen with lots of dishes and generous portions, I wanted to go to dinner but in the end I ended up there for lunch and I did well. There is also enough choice of desserts so even if the place is simple it deserves 5 stars also for the friendliness and kindness of the staff. I hope to return! ”
“ I confess that, after reading some reviews, I don't understand how it is possible to leave a negative opinion on this place. I pass by here on the street, once every ten days or so....lunch time... I came back here today, after a week, for the second time. After having (last week) eaten the best amatriciana of my life, today I came back to try the carbonara. The best of my life. In both cases there were two of us, and we always started with the mixed antipasto. Two spectacles. Different from one week to the next, jaw-dropping for the variety of things, and the goodness of the cured meats and vegetables and cheeses. We haven't tried the second courses yet: the portions are too large. We'll make up for it in a week! But, one more and fundamental piece of advice: as soon as you enter, ask for Veronica. She is a personable person, she understands, she advises, she helps...her presence is fundamental. Oh, the shopping. With coffee and bitters, 25 euros each. A quarter of a glass of wine and two large beers..... speechless.... I would eat lunch and dinner here, if we could, but in reality we couldn't: I repeat, after these lunches, you can't make it in the evening and you stay light... ”
